コンパイルコンテキストは、基本的には、TypeScriptが解析するファイルをグループ化して有効なものとそうでないものを判別する文脈を意味するものです。コンパイルコンテキストには、コンパイル対象のファイルの情報とともに、どのコンパイラオプションが使用されているか、という情報も含まれます。この論理グループは、プロジェクトと呼びます。これを定義する方法は`tsconfig.json`ファイルを使用することです。
